BusinessOS by Daniel Dahan

Your business should keep moving.
Without everything running through you.

BusinessOS brings the current state of your company together: goals, responsibilities, decisions, metrics and relevant knowledge. Your real team, automations and AI agents work from the same reliable context.

For growing, owner-led SMEs where too much still depends on individual people.

One hub. Six digital roles.

Every digital role has a clear mandate. BusinessOS by Daniel Dahan provides the shared business context.

When the business still depends too much on you

Does this sound familiar?

Three situations where committed people and existing tools still fail to create a reliable shared picture.

The full picture lives in one head

Without you, nobody is quite sure where work is stuck.

The team is working. Yet before the leadership meeting you still need to ask several people, open several lists and reconstruct past decisions. Only then does a current picture emerge.

Could your team explain the current state and the most important bottlenecks without you?

Sales loses momentum

The conversation went well. The next step is missing.

The customer was interested. The proposal is waiting for details, the follow-up is waiting for time and the agreed next step is missing from the CRM. A warm opportunity slowly goes cold.

How many opportunities currently lack a clear next step, date and owner?

A possible digital colleague: Leo · Sales Assistant

Knowledge remains personal

Exactly one person knows the answer.

A handover, exception or customer commitment is not documented reliably. When the right person is unavailable, the search starts from scratch.

Would important work continue if a key person were unavailable for a week?

What BusinessOS really is

One shared hub.
A living model of the business.

BusinessOS represents how your company actually works: which goals apply, who is responsible, where information comes from, which decisions have been made and what should happen next.

It connects this foundation to the tools already in use. Reliable steps run through data, code and fixed rules. A language model is used only where content needs to be understood, interpreted or drafted.

People retain responsibilityEvery access is clearly limitedThe system learns from reviewed outcomes
01

Data foundation

Goals, roles, decisions, work status and relevant knowledge in a traceable structure.

02

Tool connections

Connect CRM, ERP, email, documents and systems for marketing, procurement, finance or HR with purpose.

03

Code & rules

Run stable, recurring steps deterministically and handle exceptions clearly.

04

LLMs with purpose

Understand language, interpret context and draft content when classic logic is not enough.

05

Control

Define roles, rights, logs, approvals and escalations for every digital role.

BusinessOS does not replace your existing systems across the board. It creates the context in which people, tools, automations and AI can work together reliably.

Your potential digital team

Six roles. Six clearly named problems.

Every agent receives a defined mandate, a measurable goal, permitted data and tools, and an accountable human owner.

01

Clara

AI COO

for management

You are the only person with the full picture.

Monday, 8:30. Three projects are moving, two decisions are missing and you are about to chase everyone for an update again. Clara shows where work is stuck, who is needed and what must be decided today.

Their genius

Clara recognises dependencies and surfaces decision-ready work before the CEO becomes the status detective.

  • Leadership briefing with priorities and bottlenecks
  • Open decisions with context and ownership
  • Recurring bottlenecks identified across several cycles

Value: Less status chasing, faster decisions and a business that no longer exists only in the CEO’s head.

Measured by

Time spent clarifying status · CEO interruptions · duration of blocked decisions

02

Leo

AI Sales Assistant

for sales

Good opportunities lose momentum in everyday work.

The first conversation was strong. A week later, the proposal is still missing and nobody has confirmed the next step. Leo keeps commitments, open questions and follow-ups visible and prepares the next action.

Their genius

Leo protects momentum between conversation, proposal and close without taking over the personal customer relationship.

  • Prepare conversation context and customer needs
  • Draft proposals and follow-ups
  • Flag opportunities without a next step early

Value: Fewer lost opportunities, faster responses and more time for real sales conversations.

Measured by

Follow-up time · opportunities with a next step · proposal cycle · win rate

03

Juna

AI CEO Assistant

for management

Your leadership day ends with a second shift.

After a day of meetings, notes, questions, documents and five personal commitments are still waiting. Juna prepares what needs your attention and preserves what would otherwise be displaced by the next morning.

Their genius

Juna separates decisions from administrative weight and protects the scarce attention of the leadership team.

  • Prepare daily and meeting briefings
  • Bring commitments, tasks and questions together
  • Present replies and organisational steps for approval

Value: More focus for leadership and less administrative work in the evening.

Measured by

Administrative hours · open commitments · preparation time · tasks without an owner

04

Noah

AI Company Knowledge

for the entire team

Important answers live in individual heads.

The colleague with the answer is on holiday. The customer is waiting while three people search old messages. Noah finds approved knowledge, shows its source and makes gaps visible when the answer is still missing.

Their genius

Noah preserves context and provenance so existing knowledge becomes useful without presenting uncertainty as fact.

  • Make reliable answers findable with their sources
  • Show decisions and exceptions in context
  • Flag knowledge gaps and outdated information

Value: Less search time, faster onboarding and greater continuity during absences.

Measured by

Search time · repeated questions · unanswered knowledge requests · onboarding time

05

Mina

AI Social Media Assistant

for the entire team

Good ideas exist. Visibility still does not.

Customer conversations constantly produce relevant topics. They remain in notes because nobody has time to turn them into good posts. Mina prepares content in your voice; a human reviews and publishes it.

Their genius

Mina finds stories in everyday work and turns substance into consistent communication without inventing an artificial brand voice.

  • Identify topics from approved sources
  • Prepare posts and variants in the brand voice
  • Keep editorial status and required approvals visible

Value: Consistent visibility with less production effort and closer to the company’s real work.

Measured by

Time per post · publishing cadence · approval rounds · qualified enquiries

06

Ben

AI Accounting Assistant

for accounting

Month-end starts with a search for missing documents.

At month-end, invoices, allocations and responses are missing. Ben flags open documents early, prepares recurring checks and hands unclear cases to the accountable person with context.

Their genius

Ben identifies missing or unusual transactions before they become a frantic month-end problem.

  • Flag missing documents and mandatory information
  • Prepare data checks and exports
  • Hand exceptions over for review with a clear explanation

Value: Less searching, more complete records and a calmer month-end.

Measured by

Missing documents · preparation time · unresolved cases · rework

These roles are offer and target concepts. Before a pilot, we assess which features, integrations and automations are technically and organisationally feasible in the specific company.

Evidence → Model → Action → Feedback

What you learn today should help next time.

BusinessOS connects outcomes back to the operating model. Resolving a problem should improve the next cycle, not only rescue the current case.

  1. 01
    Observe

What actually happened? Where was context or ownership missing?

  2. 02
    Update the model

Add reviewed knowledge, rules or responsibilities in the right place.

  3. 03
    Check the effect

In the next cycle, measure whether the change improves time, quality or outcomes.

From reality to a working system

One clear bottleneck.
90 days to a defensible business case.

Before implementation, we define the baseline, target and commercial logic. After 90 days, the data shows what improved – and whether continued operation is worthwhile.

Measurable from the first pilot

01

Efficiency creates capacity

Less searching, status work and rework releases measurable time for more important work.

02

Released time is reinvested

Every hour gained receives a clear mandate in sales, customer work or strategy.

03

Effectiveness lifts outcomes

Better information and decisions increase impact beyond the individual process.

ROI scenario

From released time to measurable impact.

The calculator separates the value of operational relief from additional growth. It shows what may happen when released time is deliberately directed into sales, customer work, operational stability and better decisions.

Preset: plausible SME scenario
01Efficiency releases time

Less searching, status work and rework creates available capacity.

02Time receives a growth mandate

Released hours are deliberately assigned to sales, customers or strategy.

03Effectiveness amplifies impact

Better decisions affect contribution margin and future cycles.

How we calculate

Growth contribution = growth hours deployed × expected additional contribution margin per hour. This is not an employee cost rate.

Operational capacity value = remaining released hours × internal fully loaded hourly cost. It becomes a cash saving only when actual spend, overtime or additional hiring is avoided.

Strategic effect = influenced contribution margin × assumed uplift × period. The percentage is applied linearly to this contribution margin, not directly to ROI.

ROI = (total financial benefit − total investment) ÷ total investment × 100

The share not redirected into growth is shown as operational capacity value. It is a productivity value, not an automatic cash saving. Further costs are included only when they are actually avoided. Better decisions may compound across cycles, but the calculator includes only the explicitly assumed linear uplift. All figures are planning assumptions, not a price or performance promise.

Model, integrations & agents

The technical mastermind behind BusinessOS.

Daniel brings together theoretical physics, software engineering and a deep interest in how people and organisations think, act and learn. BusinessOS grew out of this long-term work on living systems.

Using the business analysis, he models the relevant context, connects data and existing tools, and configures the digital roles with clear goals, workflows, rights and escalations.

Daniel develops the core architecture and handles deep technical changes whenever a new use case requires capabilities that do not yet exist in the system.

More about Daniel and his work

From the business to a system people can use

She turns working reality into a clear foundation for implementation.

Sabrina works with management and employees to understand how the business really operates: where information is created, what decisions depend on and which friction matters commercially.

She translates this reality into clear requirements for BusinessOS, guides the implementation and trains the team. The goal is not only a technically working system, but one that people trust and can use well.

Sabrina Pils-Matiasek remains the accountable point of contact for operation, monitoring and support. When something does not work, Sabrina coordinates the solution and brings Daniel in whenever technical development is required.

More about Sabrina

Good to know

Your questions.
Clear responsibilities.

We determine what fits by looking at how your company actually works.

Do we need to replace our existing tools?

No. We start with the way you actually work and assess which systems should be connected. BusinessOS creates context rather than replacing tools that already work.

Do we need all six agents at once?

No. We begin with the bottleneck where measurable value and clean implementation are realistic. A first pilot will usually need only one or two digital roles.

Does every agent work completely autonomously?

Every agent receives a clearly limited mandate, permitted data and tools, and escalation and approval rules. Critical decisions remain with accountable people.

Why does the system need a data foundation, code and an LLM?

The data foundation holds the relevant business context. Code and rules provide reliable, repeatable steps. An LLM is used selectively when language or unstructured content needs to be understood and prepared.

Who does what during implementation?

Sabrina analyses the business, defines the use case with the team, trains employees and leads customer support. Daniel models BusinessOS, connects tools and configures the agents. Sabrina Pils-Matiasek hosts, monitors and coordinates ongoing support.

Who helps when something does not work?

Sabrina Pils-Matiasek is your first point of contact and remains accountable for ongoing operation. Sabrina clarifies the situation with the team. Technical issues, new integrations or new features are resolved together with Daniel.

How do we prove the commercial value?

Before the pilot, we record the baseline. We then measure which capacity is released, how much of it moves into sales, customer work or strategy, and which additional contribution margin or strategic effect results. Only then do we compare that impact with the full implementation and operating cost.
